Description
Horace's doctor testifies that Horace said he didn't have any attacks of colic until after he recovered from typhoid in service. The fact that he had typhoid hasn't been proven. Robish writes that Thorne wanted to know whether or not the fatal disease would be accepted if the typhoid were proven. The letter is addressed to Medical Referee Dr. Campbell and Thorne's testimony is referenced.
